THE RIVUS PROJECT PROGRESS—APRIL 2025: ACCELERATING TOWARD COMPLETION, READY TO WELCOME FIRST RESIDENTS

Since its introduction, the luxury residence The Rivus Elie Saab has commanded the attention of the global elite. As April 2025 unfolds, the project continues to reach significant milestones, with numerous components approaching completion, reflecting Masterise Homes’ unwavering commitment to quality and timely delivery.

Key Components Completed Ahead of Schedule

The entire villa complex continues to advance rapidly, encompassing internal infrastructure, landscape parks, marina, and individual villas, all subject to rigorous technical and aesthetic standards. Notable progress updates for April 2025 include:

SAVA Subdivision: All 31 villas are 100% complete in exterior architecture and site design. For finished apartments, interior work has reached 95% completion.
Additional Subdivisions:
- Phase 2 has achieved 99% exterior completion, including perimeter fencing, gates, and entrances.
- Phase 3 has reached 90% completion, with exterior structure and second-floor beams in place.
- Landscape infrastructure across the entire property is 80% complete, including sidewalk paving, landscaping, and asphalt surfaces.
Internal Lift Bridge: 100% completed and operational.
Marina: Construction has reached 95% completion, with riverbed dredging accelerating toward completion by end of May.
Children’s Park: All infrastructure is complete, with ongoing tree planting to enhance green coverage density.
Central Park: 100% landscape and architectural completion, including Club House exterior, BBQ facilities, adult and children’s pools, basketball court, and outdoor recreation areas. Green areas have reached 98% completion.
Riverside Park: Infrastructure is 98% complete with rest areas and observation decks; tree planting and landscaping are at 65% completion.
Internal Infrastructure: Phases 1 and 2 are fully complete with asphalt surfaces, paving, and riverside walkways. Phase 3 continues with hardscape construction and landscaping.
External Infrastructure: Phuoc Thien Street, connecting the project’s two main gates, is fully paved and ensures seamless traffic flow.
