2/ GS E&C’s Thu Thiem Project: Located on three plots along Nguyen Co Thach Street with views of the central Thu Thiem Lake, the first phase is being developed on Plot 3.11 and named Zeit River Thu Thiem. This subdivision will feature nearly 300 luxury apartments. 3/ Two new subdivisions of City Garden Thu Thiem (Joint Venture Refico & CII): The Luxe (Plot 3.16) comprises three towers of 12, 18, and 24 floors. The Skye subdivision (Plot 3.13) features two 28-story towers.

4/ Phase 4 of The Metropole Thu Thiem: The final phase of The Metropole comprises two towers of 28 and 36 floors, featuring podium shophouses and luxury residences on floors 20–36 of Tower 2. Additionally, Son Kim Land is offering Grade A office spaces in Tower 2 of The Crest subdivision, with floor areas of 1,600 m² per floor, as well as The Opusk Residences.

5/ Lakeview IV Thu Thiem by CII: Located in Plot 4.8, this project is expected to commence construction in the near future.

6/ Sarina 2 and Sadora 2 in Sala urban area: Following an extended period without new developments, Dai Quang Minh investor has now launched two new residential subdivisions, Sarina 2 and Sadora 2.

7/ Empire City’s MU3 subdivision: This completed model residential subdivision is expected to open for sales by year-end.
