Through the dedicated efforts of the Masterise Homes team and its partners, The Global City urban area has undergone remarkable transformation by the end of December 2023. The SOHO Townhouses have rapidly completed their exterior finishes, with the internal park now ready for handover.

SOHO Townhouses: Exterior finishing work is progressing rapidly, with 85% of overall construction completed. The internal roads have been paved and sidewalks are currently being installed. The SOHO park development is also underway, with construction activity accelerating to meet the scheduled handover date for residents.
City Park – The New Center’s premier entertainment destination: tree planting, game areas, and sports facilities continue to be completed. The Southeast Asia’s most advanced Go-kart racetrack at City Park has finished its main construction and is now preparing for equipment installation.
