In 2023, the launch of Thao Dien Green, a prominent tower development by SIC positioned on Nguyen Van Huong’s prime frontage, offered units priced from 116 to 120 million dong per square meter. These developments underscore the fundamental transformation of District 2’s Thao Dien area, which continues to evolve each year. Main thoroughfares are being expanded and enhanced by real estate investors and local authorities, improving traffic circulation and attracting successful entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals, and international residents.
