  • SOHO commercial townhouses: range from 38–42 billion VND per unit in recent launches; select units facing Do Xuan Hop Street command higher prices, starting at 51 billion VND, varying by size and location.
  • Masteri Grand View apartments: approximately 120–130 million VND/m².
  • Lumiere Midtown apartments: approximately 150–160 million VND/m².
  • Masteri Park Place apartments: starting from approximately 109 million VND/m².

Regarding payment terms, you may elect to pay 10–20% upfront to reserve the property, with the balance supported by bank financing of up to 70–80% depending on product type.     The Global City is located in An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City (formerly District 2, Ho Chi Minh City).
    Following District 2’s merger into Thu Duc City in 2021, the official administrative address changed; however, residents and investors commonly still refer to it as “Global City District 2”.
