As of March 2025, The Rivus mansion project is in its final stages, with construction teams working diligently to meet the scheduled April 2025 handover.
The Masterise Homes team and partner contractors are executing construction around the clock with unwavering professionalism and commitment to quality, ensuring all work meets rigorous international standards.
Key construction milestones include:
? 31 Villas in SAVA Subdivision: Exterior architecture 100% complete; interior construction 92% complete.
? Mansions in Other Subdivisions: Exterior architecture 96% complete for Phase 2 and 85% for Phase 3; internal landscape infrastructure 78% complete.
? Elevators: 100% complete and currently undergoing operational testing.
? Internal Marina: 90% complete; entering final completion phase.
? Children’s Park: Landscape infrastructure 100% complete; currently being enhanced with additional green space.
? Central Park: Over 95% complete; Club House architecture and BBQ facilities substantially finished, main pool and children’s pool tiling complete, landscape greening in progress.
? Riverside Park: Landscape infrastructure 70% complete; rest stations and viewing platforms finished, landscape greening underway.
? Internal Roads: Asphalt and stone paving 100% complete for Phases 1 & 2; landscaping and greening continuing in Phase 3.
? External Infrastructure: Phuoc Thien road connection to the project’s main entrance completed, with synchronized infrastructure development across the entire area.
