Masterise Homes and its international partners remain committed to enhancing the surrounding amenities while advancing construction of the SOHO subdivision at The Global City on schedule.

As of June 2023, 80% of the SOHO townhouses have been topped off. Structural construction continues on the remaining rows, including the Joie-LK07 and Eten-LK08 townhouse rows, with LK09 progressing to the third floor.

Brick work and exterior finishing are progressing simultaneously on completed rows, such as Mode-LK01, according to the Foster + Partners design.

In line with our commitment to timely delivery and quality standards, we are actively securing partnerships with leading domestic and international F&B brands as SOHO tenants, thereby maximizing investment returns for owners.
