Vinhomes Green Paradise(formerly known as Vinhomes Can Gio / Vinhomes Long Beach) – a super sea reclamation urban project developed by Vingroup in Can Gio district, Ho Chi Minh City – officially started construction on April 19, 2025 after many years of preparation.

nnnnVinhomes Can GioLocated in the Southeast of Ho Chi Minh City with a coastline of more than 13 km, the mangrove ecosystem is recognized by UNESCO as a world biosphere reserve. Not only that, this place has a dense river system suitable for the development of resort urban areas.

This is a whole associated with a unique ecological region (Rung Sac). This urban area is of importance not only for our country but at least also of Southeast Asia. We can compare Langcavi of Malaysia, Langcavi of Malaysia, Pattaya of Thailand or Bali of Indonesia with a different form of the South.”

nnnnAfter nearly 1 year of construction, Vinhomes Green Paradise is recording progress exceeding plan:
nnnnPearl Bay Subdivision (The Green Bay):Leading the progress of the entire project. Opened for sale in October 2025, many internal roads in the area have been completely paved and lights installed. The roads along Lagoon Lake have clearly formed, rows of houses are in the construction phase.
nnnnThe Haven Bay subdivision:Construction started first, entering the detailed road construction phase. Officially opened for sale with expected price from 13 billion VND/townhouse (about 134 million/m²).
nnnnOverall project:Completed most of the leveling and reinforcement of the foundation, shaped the internal traffic system, and clearly formed the central regulating lake Paradise Lagoon. EventGreen Paradise Tet Fest 2026attracted more than 51,000 visitors.

Connecting transport infrastructure – “A push” for Can Gio

nnnnCan Gio Bridge:Ho Chi Minh City held a groundbreaking ceremony on January 15, 2026 in Nha Be commune. The project is invested by Masterise Group according to the PPP method (BT contract), total capital of more than 13,200 billion VND, length of about 6.3 km, scale of 6 lanes, main cable-stayed bridge. Construction is expected to officially start on June 3, 2026, be completed by the end of 2028 and put into operation in June 2029. When completed, the bridge will replace the Binh Khanh ferry, shortening the travel time from Ho Chi Minh City center to Can Gio to about 40–50 minutes.

Ben Thanh – Can Gio high-speed railway:Total investment is more than 85,650 billion VND, design speed is 350 km/h, only 12 minutes connecting Ho Chi Minh City center with Can Gio. Expected commercial operation in the third quarter of 2028.
nnnnBen Luc – Long Thanh Expressway:Expected to operate in 2026, directly connected to Rung Sac road leading to Can Gio and Long Thanh International Airport.
nnnnCan Gio – Vung Tau sea crossing bridge:Vingroup proposed investment, 14 km long (including 3.1 km of sea tunnel), total preliminary investment of about 104,410 billion VND, expected to start construction in June 2026.
nnnnUpgrading Rung Sac road:The nearly 40 km long arterial road is being expanded and upgraded in the period 2024–2026.
