Vinhomes Green Paradise (formerly known as Vinhomes Can Gio / Vinhomes Long Beach) – a mega-project of reclaimed land urban development by Vingroup in Can Gio District, Ho Chi Minh City – officially commenced construction on April 19, 2025, after many years of preparation.

The project is located in Ho Chi Minh City’s only coastal district, bordered on three sides by the East Sea and on one side by the UNESCO-recognized Can Gio Mangrove Biosphere Reserve, boasting over 12 km of natural coastline.
Planning for 4 main zones
The entire urban area is divided into 4 clearly defined zones:
Subdivision A – The Haven Bay (Fairy Bay, 771 ha): A seaside paradise for entertainment, sports, and relaxation, featuring luxury beachfront villas and a high-end commercial and entertainment complex.
Subdivision B – The Green Bay (Emerald Bay, 587 ha): A healthy, green, and ecological city, focusing on green spaces and environmentally friendly landscapes.
Zone C – The Paradise (Mui Danh Vong, 303 ha): An international port city – a hub for finance, technology, and intellect, home to the iconic 108-story tower and other high-end service facilities.
D&E subdivision – The Grand Island (450 hectares): Sun Island – The Island of Tropical Sea Festivals.
The project’s special highlight is Paradise Lagoon – The artificial lake, covering approximately 443 hectares, serves as the landscape centerpiece for the entire urban area.

Vinhomes Can Gio Located in the Southeast of Ho Chi Minh City with a coastline of more than 13 km, the mangrove ecosystem is recognized by UNESCO as a world biosphere reserve. Not only that, this place has a dense river system suitable for the development of resort urban areas.

Nearly a year after its groundbreaking, Vinhomes Green Paradise is recording progress exceeding its planned schedule:
The Green Bay subdivision: Leading the project’s progress. Sales began in October 2025, and many internal roads have been paved and fully equipped with lighting. The roads along the Lagoon lake are clearly defined, and the rows of houses are currently under construction.
The Haven Bay subdivision: Construction has begun, and the detailed road construction phase is underway. Sales have officially opened with an estimated price starting from 13 billion VND per townhouse (approximately 134 million VND/m²).
Overall project: The majority of the earthworks and foundation reinforcement have been completed, the internal transportation system has been shaped, and the central regulating lake of Paradise Lagoon has been clearly formed. Phase 1 selling prices range from 89,2 – 162,5 million VND/m² (excluding VAT and maintenance fees), depending on the product type and location:
- Adjacent townhouses: Starting bid from 10 billion VND
- shophouse: From 25 billion VND
- Duplex villa: From 18 billion VND
- Single villas: From 30 billion VND

Connecting transportation infrastructure – A “boost” for Can Gio.
One of the most important factors driving the value of Vinhomes Green Paradise is the series of key infrastructure projects that are being simultaneously implemented:
Can Gio Bridge: Ho Chi Minh City held a groundbreaking ceremony on January 15, 2026, in Nha Be commune. The project, invested by Masterise Group under the PPP (BT contract) method, has a total capital of over VND 13.200 billion, a length of approximately 6,3 km, a scale of 6 lanes, and a cable-stayed main bridge. Construction is expected to officially begin on June 3, 2026, with the bridge completed at the end of 2028 and put into operation in June 2029. Upon completion, the bridge will replace the Binh Khanh ferry, shortening travel time from the center of Ho Chi Minh City to Can Gio to approximately 40-50 minutes.
Ben Thanh – Can Gio high-speed railway line: With a total investment of over 85.650 billion VND, a design speed of 350 km/h, and a connection time of only 12 minutes between the center of Ho Chi Minh City and Can Gio, commercial operation is expected in the third quarter of 2028.
Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway: Expected to be operational in 2026, it will connect directly to the Rung Sac road leading to Can Gio and Long Thanh International Airport.
Can Gio – Vung Tau sea bridge and road: Vingroup has proposed investing in a 14 km long project (including a 3,1 km underwater tunnel), with a preliminary total investment of approximately 104.410 billion VND, and is expected to start construction in June 2026.
Upgrading the Rừng Sác road: The nearly 40-kilometer-long main road is being expanded and upgraded during the period 2024–2026.
World-class amenities
Vinhomes Green Paradise is envisioned as the first ESG++ urban area in Vietnam, integrating a comprehensive ecosystem of amenities: Vincom, Vinmec, Vinschool, VinWonders, Safari, Vinbus, marina, Song Xanh Theater, golf course, stadium, and an iconic 108-story tower. Projected development roadmap
2030-2031: Complete the entire urban area and put the international coastal mega-city into operation.
2024-2025: Sand pumping, land leveling, construction of coastal roads, installation of technical infrastructure.
2025-2026: Completion of basic infrastructure phase 1, commencement of construction for the first residential and shophouse subdivision.
2026-2028: Simultaneously developing various zones, including high-rise apartments, riverside villas, a medical center, and an international education center.
2027-2028: Handover of products in phase 1 (mainly low-rise buildings, resort villas, and commercial townhouses)
2029: Completed key amenities: shopping mall, marina, and coastal entertainment area.
Historical significance: The dream of the late Prime Minister Vo Van Kiet
Developing Can Gio into a regional-level resort, entertainment, and tourism urban area was a consistent idea during the lifetime of the late Prime Minister Vo Van Kiet. Nearly 20 years ago, the late Prime Minister identified the East – Can Gio – East Sea direction as a resort, entertainment, and tourism urban area of significant scale, not only for Vietnam but at least for Southeast Asia, comparable to Langkawi (Malaysia), Pattaya (Thailand), or Bali (Indonesia).
