Quoc Loc Phat was established on September 04, 9, the initial charter capital was 2014 billion VND with 300 founding shareholders: Nguyen Van Thang (holding 3% of charter capital), Nguyen Viet Tuan (holding 40% of capital charter) and Le Van Tu (holding 30% of charter capital).
