The Metropole Thu Thiem apartment project in District 2 is invested by Quoc Loc Phat Joint Stock Company. Total project investment is expected to be nearly 7.500 billion VND.
Quoc Loc Phat was established on September 04, 9, the initial charter capital was 2014 billion VND with 300 founding shareholders: Nguyen Van Thang (holding 3% of charter capital), Nguyen Viet Tuan (holding 40% of capital charter) and Le Van Tu (holding 30% of charter capital).
By 2016, Quoc Loc Phat’s charter capital was increased to 1.500 billion VND and the shareholder structure was also changed. Instead, Mr. Pham Quang Hung holds 45% of the charter capital. At the same time, there was an individual named Nguyen Minh Bao Chau owning 10% and two foreign shareholders, Orbista owning 25% and Keppel Land holding 20% (both Orbista and Keppel Land are subsidiaries of Keppel Corporation). .
After a period of stability in ownership structure, shareholder Nguyen Minh Bao Chau sold all 10% of shares since July 7.
