JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Proposing to develop & organize Telesales activities from time to time, contributing to improving customer service quality and business development of Bao Viet Life
  • Implement Telesales activities effectively and in accordance with strategic direction
  • Monitor operational progress and business results against agreed daily, weekly and monthly targets. Monitor and analyze daily work reports and business activities to detect possible problems and propose timely corrective measures.
  • Design appropriate and effective competition programs to encourage Telephone Operators to achieve performance results in both quality and quantity.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with partners with quality data sources to ensure Telesales’ operational data is continuously available
  • Recruit, train and supervise Telephone Operators

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Male and female graduated from regular university or higher in Economics/Finance/Insurance majors/majors
  • Have at least 2 years of experience as a Telesales or Call Center team manager
  • Proficient in using call management software at Contact Center
  • Have data management and processing skills, good use of office software; Skilled in group supervision, training, coaching and mentoring of Call Center Agents
