With a specialized segment positioning Luxury & Ultra-LuxurySaigon Luxury is looking for Client Advisor Competence – individuals who are able to advise, build lasting relationships, and create personalized service experiences for customers.

YOUR ROLE

▪ Seek out clients and provide in-depth consultation on luxury and ultra-luxury real estate products.

▪ Conduct market research, understand trends, and gain insights into high-end customers.

▪ Proactively develop a personal sales strategy: develop social media presence, nurture potential customers, participate in events/networking, seminars, etc.

▪ Close deals and provide customer service (before, during, and after the transaction).

▪ Personalized service experience design: proposing ownership/investment options, legal and procedural support, handover standards, operation/leasing…

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years of experience In a Sales/Consultant position in the high-value transaction sector: Luxury real estate, finance, banking, securities, insurance, luxury cars…

▪ Understanding the Vietnamese real estate market and international trends, with a focus on in-depth knowledge. Branded Residences / Luxury Living.

▪ Has a foundation Legal – Transaction ProceduresPlanning, transfer procedures, contracts, documents… all aimed at ensuring transparency and safety for customers.

▪ Preference will be given to candidates with good communication skills. English Good (foreign guests/VIPs).

▪ Preference will be given to candidates with relevant real estate certifications/licenses (if any).
