Research and Strategy Development —

• Research product offerings, sub-districts, and sales policies of the project. —
• Analyze customer profiles, behaviors, and purchasing motivations in the 12-60 billion VND segment. —
• Monitor content from competitors in the same segment and identify gaps for exploitation. —

Advertising Content Production —

• Write Primary Text, Headline, Description, and CTA for Facebook Ads with multiple variations for A/B Testing. —
• Develop scripts for short videos, reels, and story content. —
• Write landing page content and supporting posts for website publication. —
• Propose image concepts and briefs for Design and Media teams. —

Implementation and Optimization —

• Coordinate with Ads team to deploy, test, and measure effectiveness of each creative. —
• Analyze CTR, CPM, CPL metrics, conversion rates, and propose optimization strategies.
• Optimize landing page content and forms to increase conversion rates.
• Develop remarketing content for prospective customer segments.

Coordination and reporting

Compensation —

Example of commission: if a transaction brings the company a commission of 1,000,000,000 VNĐ, the content staff member in charge receives 10,000,000 VNĐ.

Salary and commission are paid on the 5th of each month. A transaction’s commission is paid during the salary period of the month the company receives that commission.

KPI salary is calculated as the percentage of KPI completion multiplied by 3,000,000 VNĐ, with no pass/fail mechanism applied. KPI is measured on campaigns and leads managed by the team in charge.
