Job description

Marketing interns will be guided and participate in communication activities, content development and brand promotion of Saigon Luxury, including:

• Support creating content for the company’s website, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and media channels.
• Write and edit content introducing projects, real estate products, lifestyle and market information.
• Coordinate the production of images, short videos and documents for Marketing activities.
• Update project information and support content management on the Saigon Luxury website.
• Research target customers, competitors and media trends in the luxury real estate sector.
• Support the implementation of Digital Marketing campaigns, advertising, events and branding activities.
• Monitor, synthesize and report results of assigned content or campaigns.
• Perform other related tasks as directed by direct manager.

Candidate requirements

• 3rd year, final year student or recent graduate majoring in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Administration or related majors.
• No experience required; Candidates who have managed fanpages, written articles for websites or participated in Marketing projects are an advantage.
• Ability to write content that is clear, spelled correctly, and appropriate for each platform.
• Love creating content and interested in real estate, architecture or luxury lifestyle.
• Knowing how to use Canva, CapCut or basic video design and editing tools is an advantage.
• Being able to read, understand and write basic English content is an advantage.
• Proactive, agile, careful and responsible with work.
• Have the spirit to learn, ability to work independently and coordinate well with a team.
• Have a personal laptop and can practice full-time at the office.

Income

• Internship allowance: 4,000,000 VND/month.
• Lunch allowance: 600,000 VND/month.
• Performance bonuses are based on work results and company policies.
• Total expected income: 4,000,000–4,600,000 VND/month.

Interest

• Receive direct training and guidance on Content Marketing, Digital Marketing and communications in the field of high-end real estate.
• Get involved in actual Marketing tasks and campaigns instead of just performing administrative tasks.
• Have the opportunity to learn about the market, products and customer behavior in the luxury real estate segment.
• Trained in content writing, research, brand image building and teamwork skills.
• Support to confirm and stamp internship reports when candidates complete full time and job responsibilities.

• From Monday to Friday.
