Job description

• Come up with ideas and create content for Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, website and media channels of Saigon Luxury.
• Write articles introducing real estate projects, advertising articles, sales articles and customer care content.
• Build content for landing pages, email marketing and media campaigns.
• Coordinate with the Marketing department to implement project promotion and brand building plans.
• Support the creation of short video scripts, image content and communication materials.
• Track trends, research customers, and suggest new content ideas.
• Evaluate content effectiveness, update results and optimize each campaign.

Candidate requirements

• Have at least 6 months of experience in a Content Marketing, Content Creator or equivalent position.
• Priority is given to candidates who have worked in real estate, finance, insurance or marketing agency.
• Have good writing ability, creative thinking and quick grasp of trends.
• Know how to build advertising content and sales support content.
• Knowing how to use Canva, CapCut or other content creation tools is an advantage.
• Have basic knowledge of Facebook, TikTok and Google.
• Proactive, responsible, willing to learn and able to coordinate with a team.
