This configuration maximizes natural light and ventilation to utility spaces while providing essential privacy for residential areas.

The rooms are designed with an open layout facing forward to optimize natural light and airflow. A wooden shutter door system provides ventilation and illumination while maintaining privacy and protecting against dust and smoke infiltration.

The interior design draws inspiration from traditional Vietnamese architecture through the incorporation of gardens, water features, courtyards, louvered windows, and abundant greenery. Natural materials including wood and stone, combined with concrete, create a tropical ambiance with a sense of calm and relaxation.

By elevating the swimming pool, the ground level is freed for additional functional spaces. The elevated pool also serves to cool the expansive courtyard below.

The 12.5-meter-wide façade, featuring an extensive lattice of ventilation bricks, functions as both a privacy screen and sophisticated design element. It effectively reduces solar heat gain while facilitating natural air circulation and providing an elegant aesthetic finish.
