London, UK and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam | February 22, 2022 – Masterise Homes has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the world’s leading architectural firm Foster + Partners to developThe Global City– the first urban area project of this real estate developer with a scale of 117.4 hectares. Foster + Partners will provide comprehensive architectural consulting for The Global City, providing advanced and sustainable design solutions to create a truly global city, as the project’s name suggests. Through cooperation with a global architectural design unit that has won many international architectural awards, Masterise Homes demonstrates its vision of developing The Global City into an international standard urban area – a new “downtown” (second center) of Ho Chi Minh City.

Foster + Partners is one of the most famous and prestigious names in the world of architecture. Founded in 1967, this company over the past five years has pioneered sustainable design trends in architecture and urban construction through a series of projects, from master plans to offices, cultural works, infrastructure and large-scale industries. Foster + Partners has created many iconic works of world architecture such as Hearst Tower in New York, “The Gherkin” tower in London and Hong Kong International Airport. Norman Foster – the company’s founding architect, is the winner of the most prestigious awards in the architecture industry, including the Pritzker Architecture Prize, the Praemium Imperiale Award for architecture in Japan, the RIBA Royal Gold Medal and the AIA Gold Medal.
