Nearly 13 hectares of green trees
Surrounding the Love Bay area is a green park that promises to bring a poetic scene, attracting a large number of tourists to have fun and enjoy every weekend. The total green area of The Global City is nearly 13 hectares, equivalent to 11% of the project area. According to the project developer, the entire landscape and public amenities of the project are being prioritized for construction to be completed in the first quarter of 2023, bringing vitality to the entire metropolis.
Green areas are also a highlight that creates the attraction of Singapore’s Marina Bay area, with the 101-hectare Gardens by the Bay garden, which has welcomed more than 50 million visitors as of 2018. Gardens by the Bay’s annual revenue is estimated at over 100 million USD.
“These numbers show that green areas not only bring sustainable value to urban living space but also have great economic value,” said a representative of Masterise Homes.
