Foster + Partners has designed renowned projects including the Hearst Tower in New York, The Gherkin in London, and Hong Kong International Airport. The Hearst Tower was ranked among the world’s ten most beautiful high-rise buildings in 2008 upon completion. The Gherkin, the distinctive cucumber-shaped tower located in London’s financial district, has become emblematic of the city’s modern architectural renaissance.

Norman Foster, founder of Foster + Partners, is an award-winning architect recognized with prestigious honors including the Pritzker Prize, the Praemium Imperiale for Architecture in Japan, the RIBA Royal Gold Medal, and the AIA Gold Medal.

Youssef Akila, Director of the Masterise Homes Design Division, noted that the shared vision and values between Foster + Partners and Masterise Homes will result in world-class iconic projects. According to the developer, The Global City is designed and developed following the “New Urbanism” trend. The result will be a diverse and contemporary urban complex offering all the amenities of a future city center alongside residential areas.

Located in An Phu ward, Thu Duc city, the project benefits from convenient access to major highways, arterial roads, and metro lines. Spanning 117.4 hectares, the project will feature high-rise and low-rise residential buildings, villas, social housing, medical and administrative facilities, a Grade A commercial center covering 125,000 m², and additional amenities to create a comprehensive urban environment. The entire project is expected to be completed within 48 months.
