See the most expensive Penthouse in New York 2002, $74 million

According to a representative of real estate brokerage company Douglas Elliman, apartmentpenthouseof the Aman New York Hotel – located in the Crown Building (Manhattan) – was sold for a price74.34 million USD, marking the city’s most expensive deal so far this year. The buyer’s identity could not be determined.
