According to a representative of real estate brokerage company Douglas Elliman, apartment penthouse of the Aman New York Hotel – located in the Crown Building (Manhattan) – was sold for a price 74,34 million USD, marking the city’s most expensive deal so far this year. The buyer’s identity could not be determined.
