As an 88-storey tower within the Empire City project, Empire 88 Tower is expected to contribute significantly to reshaping the city’s landscape through its architecture that resonates with nature.
Designed to create a harmonious environment where natural landscapes blend seamlessly with rapidly developing urban centers, Empire 88 Tower comprises three high-rise towers with a central spire reaching 333 meters in height, featuring a podium structure designed as a miniature garden.

The 88 floors will encompass residential units, apartments, a hotel, and a public observation deck. An elevated “sky forest” with a undulating structure that intersects the tower vertically will bring lush greenery to the heart of the skyline.
Suspended staircases radiating outward in multiple directions around the tower’s central axis symbolize the harmony between the urban context and natural environment of the peninsula, bridging city and countryside. The sky forest, with its captivating interplay between exterior and interior spaces, will deliver a spectacular experience inspired by Vietnam’s tropical landscape.

Featuring a diverse palette of native plant species combined with aquatic elements, this distinctive landscape promises breathtaking panoramic views of the city center and the Saigon River—a privilege shared by both tower residents and visitors. At the summit of the tallest tower, a verdant space nestled among the clouds will conclude the vertical journey, revealing a flexible community stage designed for events and entertainment, offering commanding vistas of the vibrant cityscape.

The podium area serves as the connection point between the towers and ground level, designed with the aesthetic of cascading terraced fields and undulating hills that reflect the enchanting natural beauty of Vietnam. The tiered open spaces within the podium gardens will offer residents and visitors countless unique experiences.

In addition to the tallest tower, the two remaining towers feature coordinated podiums that accommodate both office and residential spaces. The community spaces are designed with a fluid architectural language that connects the retail areas to the entertainment zones. Custom-designed collaborative workspaces integrated throughout the terraced levels foster connectivity and collaboration, supporting Ho Chi Minh City’s vibrant startup ecosystem.
