As an 88-storey tower of the Empire City project, Empire 88 Tower is considered to contribute to changing the face of the city’s planning thanks to its architecture that resonates with nature.

Designed to create an environment that harmonizes the natural landscape with rapidly growing metropolises, Empire 88 Tower consists of 3 skyscrapers with a 333-meter high central tower, with a podium structure built built like a miniature garden.

The tower’s 88 floors will include residences, apartments, hotels and a public observatory. An “elevated forest” with a curving structure cutting across the tower vertically in the middle of the sky will bring the cool green landscape into mid-air.

The image of floating stairs radiating out in many directions around the central axis of the tower symbolizes the harmony between the urban context and the natural environment of the peninsula, between urban and rural areas. The elevated forest, with its captivating interplay between exterior and interior, will bring a magical experience from Vietnam’s tropical landscape.

Arranged with many native plants combined with aquatic species, this unique setting promises to bring a breathtaking view of the city center and the Saigon River – a privilege not only for tower residents. but also visitors. At the top of the tallest tower, the green space between the clouds will complete the tower’s vertical journey, presenting a community stage that can be flexibly customized for events and entertainment activities, offering panoramic views of the bustling metropolis.
