Job Description

  • Execute assigned sales targets and revenue objectives;
  • Develop and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts;
  • Provide expert consultation and conduct property viewings for clients;
  • Manage and complete the full sales process;
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Gender: Male/Female. Age: 22 – 30 years old.
  • Education: High school diploma or higher.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 6 months of real estate sales experience preferred;
    • Training provided for candidates without prior experience.
  • Communication: Ability to present clearly and persuasively, with strong listening skills and constructive feedback capabilities.
  • Foreign Language:
    • Proficiency in English (or multiple foreign languages) is highly preferred;
    • Fluent communication with international clients will lead to assignment with our Luxury Team to serve foreign investors.
  • Personal Qualities: Dynamic, honest, motivated to learn, and career-driven.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Excellent client consultation and relationship management skills;
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
