International Financial & Commercial Zone
This is a multifunctional high-rise office complex. It includes a combination of commercial, financial, and exhibition centers that concentrate international trade shows and conferences. Alongside are entertainment and tourism services, with stock exchange floors, luxury hotels, and numerous amenities.
This location also serves as the headquarters of many multinational corporations such as Unilever, Toyota, BMW, and Porsche groups. Major projects concentrated here include the Saigon Convention and Exhibition Center and Saigon Paragon, a premium commercial office tower complex. Alongside the luxury residential project Star Hill.
The Cresent Zone – Crescent Lake
This area is designed with a total area of 10 hectares and total investment of up to 100 million USD, drawing inspiration from Singapore Bay. With the participation of 15 international architects from 13 different countries combined with 6 construction companies completing the finishing work, it creates a community heart forming a harmonious connection for all residents of the urban area.
Additionally, in the crescent lake area, all elevated corridors connect at the 3rd floor level for convenient resident mobility throughout the city. With its outstanding landscape advantages and vast area, this location also hosts major Lunar New Year flower festivals during the spring season.
Canal District
Designed according to the canal district architecture of the United States. This is an integrated residential area combined with commerce, business, and product trading, alongside a system of restaurants and display shops. This zone is designed to run along Tôn Dật Tiên Boulevard with an extensive system of green parks bridging across the canal, creating an ecological architectural complex. The Garden apartment and Panorama apartment systems are designed by architects from Singapore and Shanghai with 70% green space ratio.
Healthcare & Wellness Zone
This is a comprehensive hub of medical facilities combined with premier shopping, entertainment, and sports services across the country. The area concentrates international hospitals such as FV Hospital with a total of 220 beds, Vietnam-America Hospital and Duc Tam Heart Hospital with 180 beds. The hospital system operates 24/7 to serve all residents and tourists. Additionally, this area features golf courses, swimming pools, and tennis courts for residents to exercise and enhance their health.
Scenic Hills Zone

Nam Viên Zone
