The house is located in Thao Dien area, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City with a land area of ​​180mXNUMX2. The homeowner requires many different needs to be arranged in this campus. The basic living space including living room, bedroom is pushed to the back of the land while other amenities such as kitchen, garage, swimming pool, office are in the front and connected through the open space. With this arrangement, utility spaces receive maximum light and ventilation, while living areas and private spaces have the necessary privacy.

The rooms are designed to be open and open to the front to take advantage of light and ventilation. The wooden shutter door system ensures ventilation and light while still ensuring privacy and preventing dust and smoke

The house’s interior is inspired by traditional Vietnamese architecture through the use of gardens, fish ponds, patios, shutter windows and green spaces. Natural materials such as wood and stone combined with concrete create a tropical and relaxing atmosphere.

By raising the swimming pool, the ground floor is reserved for other functional spaces. Furthermore, the swimming pool also helps cool the large yard below.

The 12,5m wide facade with a large volume of ventilation bricks acts as a curtain wall to limit solar radiation and create privacy for the interior spaces, at the same time as a solution for air convection and decoration. Decorated in a simple, sophisticated way.
