On March 30, Masterise Homes’ Fanpage and fashion brand Elie Saab simultaneously posted a video about the collaboration event between the two parties.
With this event, Masterise Homes will be among the few real estate development units in Vietnam to collaborate with an international fashion brand to launch a real estate project.
Elie Saab is a fashion brand founded by Elie Saab – a Lebanese designer – in 1982, with two main headquarters located in Beirut and Paris, operating a network of over 100 retail stores spread across dozens of countries worldwide.
Beyond fashion, Elie Saab has also ventured into real estate through collaborations with various units to develop multiple luxury projects in Dubai, Egypt, London, and other locations. Notable examples include the Grand Bleu Tower apartment tower in Dubai and the Le Elie Saab Signature Villas luxury villa community in Egypt (in collaboration with UAE-based real estate developer Emaar Properties), and the Elie Saab Residences Hyde Park luxury apartment project in London (in collaboration with global financial services company GII).
Looking at the history of Elie Saab-branded real estate projects worldwide, one can clearly see the designer’s distinctive mark reflected through luxurious spaces rich in aesthetics and artistic value.
To bring this impressive luxury real estate collection to life, Elie Saab has carefully selected partners who are all world-class units, renowned for both their capabilities and quality of execution. These include Emaar Properties, GII, and most recently, Masterise Homes in Vietnam. The choice of locations for these projects also reflects Elie Saab’s vision, as they have chosen to “enter” major markets with significant potential, which also means facing considerable challenges from competitors.
Despite the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, during three consecutive years from 2019 to 2021, Elie Saab partnered with Emaar Properties (UAE) to execute up to 4 major projects. Among these, the Grand Bleu Tower apartment tower marks the strategic collaboration between Elie Saab and Emaar Properties in a vast market like Dubai.
