PROJECT PROGRESS

Construction progress update for Thu Thiem Zeit River project through September 2023:

• Tower T1: Structural concrete work completed up to floor 25; exterior finishing work completed up to floor 23; interior painting work completed up to floor 22. Additionally, wooden door system installation has been completed from floor 8 to floor 13
• Tower T2: Structural concrete work for Tower T2 completed up to floor 29. Exterior finishing work completed up to floor 24 and tiling and base coat painting completed up to floor 15
• The amenities area and lower floors at the podium are currently undergoing exterior finishing and paint works;
• The swimming pool area comprises an infinity pool, Jacuzzi pool, soaking basin, and children’s play zone currently under construction and completion;
• The resident parking area has been completed.
