Actual progress of The Rivus September 2025

The art of luxury living at The Rivus Mansion – Elie Saab Edition is increasingly evident, as the entire key utility system and internal landscape enter the final stage of completion.

Items are 100% complete

• Clubhouse & accompanying amenities: BBQ area, basketball court, children’s playground, central park and community amenities have been completed, ready for trial operation.
• 31 villas in SAVA subdivision: Complete the entire exterior architecture, ready for the handover phase.
• Critical infrastructure: Lift bridge, internal roads (phase 1 & 2), Phuoc Thien street connecting the outside of the area and central park infrastructure have all been completed.
• Internal lift bridge: has been tested, ready for use, marking an important completion step in the internal traffic network.

Progress of landscape & internal amenities

• Green landscape: continues to be upgraded, increasing the density of green coverage throughout the area, creating a sustainable and highly aesthetic ecosystem.
• Riverside Park: 98% of landscape infrastructure has been completed; Paving, lighting and greenery system reached nearly 96%, currently refining the final details.
• Lock and riverbed: main technical items completed, entering the stage of test operationbefore being officially put into operation.

Progress of mansion subdivisions

• Phase 2: Complete 99% of the exterior architecture, prepare for handover of auxiliary items.
• Phase 3: 95% of architectural volume is achieved, 96% of landscape infrastructure is completed with a system of green trees, paving stones and synchronous internal traffic.

The Rivus is gradually taking on its final look – where the iconic Clubhouse is ready to open its doors to residents, and the riverside green patch is being cared for in every detail.
