PROGRESS OF THE RIVUS PROJECT APRIL 2025: ACCELERATING TO THE GOAL, READY TO WELCOME THE FIRST OWNERS

Since its launch, the luxury residence The Rivus Elie Saab has always been the focus of attention of the upper class at home and abroad. Entering April 2025, the project continues to record important milestones, as a series of items are approaching the completion stage, affirming the commitment to quality and progress from investor Masterise Homes.

Many key items were completed beyond expectations

The entire mansion complex is being accelerated in construction, from the internal infrastructure, landscape park, marina to each villa The Rivus villa, with strict technical and aesthetic supervision. Some notable updates in April 2025:

SAVA subdivision: 31 villas have 100% completed exterior architecture and site design. For apartments handed over with complete interiors, progress has reached 95%.
Other subdivisions:
- Phase 2 reached 99% of the exterior architecture, including fences, doors and gates.
- Phase 3 reached 90% of architectural progress, including construction of the exterior, structure and floor beams of the 2nd floor.
- Landscape infrastructure of the entire area reaches 80%, with items such as sidewalk paving, trees, asphalt paving,…
Internal lift bridge: 100% completed and ready for operation.
Marina: Construction has reached 95%, dredging of the river bed is being accelerated to be completed by the end of May.
Children’s park: Completed all infrastructure and continues to add more trees, increasing green coverage density for play space.
Central Park: Completed 100% of the landscape and architectural items on the Club House’s exterior, BBQ area, adult and children’s swimming pools, basketball court and outdoor play area. Green area reached 98%.
Riverside Park: 98% of infrastructure has been completed with rest stations and observation decks; The progress of planting trees and completing the landscape reached 65%.
Internal infrastructure: Phases 1 and 2 are 100% complete with asphalt carpets, paving stones and riverside walkways. Phase 3 continues to construct hardscape and trees.
Outside infrastructure: Phuoc Thien Street connecting the two main gates of the project has been completely paved, ensuring smooth traffic connection.

Creating an upstream living standard on the green river

The Rivus is gradually improving not only its architecture but also creating a new standard of living – where each villa is a work of art, harmoniously combining high-end design and green riverside landscape.

The entire construction site is currently being deployed at maximum speed to meet the set schedule. It is expected that the first owners will be welcomed in the near future, opening a high-class living journey for the first time in Vietnam.
