Progress of The Rivus in May 2025

HCMC, June 2025 — The Rivus, the first Elie Saab luxury villa project in Vietnam, is entering a period of strong acceleration. While the first villas have been officially handed over to the elite owners, the entire construction site is still operating vibrantly to ensure progress and international quality for the remaining items.

Impressive construction progress throughout the area

Up to now, many key items at The Rivus have achieved very positive construction results:

🔸 100% completed items:

• 31 villas in SAVA subdivision have officially been handed over.
• Lift bridge, Children’s park, Central Park landscape infrastructure have been completed.
• Internal marina with moorings is ready for operation.
• Internal asphalt road infrastructure phase 1&2 and outer area infrastructure synchronized with Phuoc Thien route have officially been put into operation.

🔸 Progress of other villa subdivisions:

• Phase 2: Complete 99% of the exterior architecture, including fences, doors, gates.
• Phase 3: The construction items of the exterior, structure, and floor beams of the 2nd floor reached 91% of the volume.

🔸 Landscape infrastructure of the entire area has reached 82%, with the following stages:

• Continue to pave sidewalks, plant trees, and complete asphalt pavement.

🔸 Riverside Park is in the process of being completed, with the goal of:

• Improve the density of green trees, speed up construction progress in time toput into use this year.

🔸 River bed dredging and boat lock construction:

• Expected to be completed and serve residents in June 2025.

🔸 Internal asphalt road infrastructure – Phase 3:

• Completed 81% with the work of layer 1 plastic carpet, planting of landscape trees is being urgently constructed.
