PROGRESS PANEL THE RIVUS – ELIE SAAB BRAND RESIDENCE UNIQUE IN VIETNAM READY TO WELCOME RESIDENTS
Entering March 2025, the construction site of The Rivus mansion project is rushing to complete the final items to ensure the on-time handover plan in April 2025.
With a high sense of responsibility, professionalism and determination, the Masterise Homes team and partner units continuously carry out construction day and night, ensuring complete quality that meets international standards.
Update important milestones in construction progress:
🔸 31 villas in SAVA subdivision: 100% of the exterior architecture has been completed and 92% of interior construction progress has been reached.
🔸 Mansions in other subdivisions: The exterior architecture has completed 96% of phase 2, 85% of phase 3; Internal landscape infrastructure reached 78% progress.
🔸 Lift: 100% of the work has been completed and is in the process of trial operation.
🔸 Internal marina: Reached 90% of the construction volume, preparing to enter the final stage of completion.
🔸 Children’s park: 100% completed landscape infrastructure, currently being upgraded to add green density.
🔸 Central Park: Achieved over 95% progress, basically completing the Club House architecture and BBQ facilities, completing tiling of the Main Pool and Kid Pool, and at the same time greening the entire landscape.
🔸Riverside park:Completing 70% of landscape infrastructure, completing rest stations, viewing platforms and greening the landscape.
🔸 Internal roads: Complete 100% of asphalt and stone paving in phases 1 & 2, continue to carry out landscaping and greening in phase 3.
🔸 External infrastructure: Complete complete Phuoc Thien road connecting to the main gate of the project, synchronizing the general infrastructure of the entire area.
Not only focusing on construction progress, the green landscape is specially cared for by landscape design consultant Belt Collins, ensuring the greenest and most classy living space to welcome future residents.
